Handover and After-Care

This includes the living and dining areas, master bedroom, gourmet kitchen, private lounge, all secondary bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor terrace. Each space is designed holistically, with custom material sourcing and full 3D visualisation before any work begins.
We deliver within 45 days from design approval. This is contractually backed, and compensation is written into the agreement if the timeline is not met. For bespoke projects with international sourcing, timelines are agreed upfront during the proposal stage.
Yes. We source imported hardware from Hafele, Hettich, and other international suppliers. Natural stone from Italy, Portugal, and India. Custom fabric upholstery for sofas, headboards, and wall panels. All sourcing is handled by our team and included in the fixed quote.
Our Foundation luxury package starts from Rs.60 Lakhs and covers the primary living spaces. The full-home Signature commission begins at Rs.90 Lakhs. Bespoke projects for villas and penthouses are priced by enquiry based on scope and material selections.
Every project comes with a flat 10-year warranty covering all materials, installation, and finishes. There is no fine print and no exclusions. Any issue within 10 years is addressed by our after-care team within 48 hours of reporting.
