HomeOne Interiors is a premium interior design studio founded in June 2022 in Chennai. We have three studios: Adyar (No. 27, Besant Avenue Road), T. Nagar (Essar Towers, No. 41, Venkatanarayana Road) and Tambaram (No. 35, Velachery Main Road). All studios are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM.

Yes. HomeOne delivers interior design projects across 9 cities and all major Chennai neighbourhoods including Adyar, T. Nagar, Tambaram, OMR, Anna Nagar, Velachery, Nungambakkam, Porur, Chromepet and Mylapore. Our design team travels to your location at no extra charge.

Yes. All three HomeOne studios are open to walk-in visitors. You can view material samples, finish swatches, modular kitchen modules and furniture options in person. Calling ahead helps us assign a designer to guide you through the showroom.

A complete 2BHK interior design at HomeOne starts from Rs. 4.50 lakhs with HomeOne Compact, covering the living room, two bedrooms, and modular kitchen. HomeOne Luxury goes up to Rs. 7.50 lakhs with designer finishes throughout. Final cost depends on material grade and customisation level. Explore 2BHK packages.

Full 3BHK interior projects at HomeOne range from Rs. 12 lakhs to Rs. 22 lakhs depending on material grade and scope. We provide a fixed-price itemised quote before any work begins with no mid-project escalation.

The price in HomeOne's signed agreement is fixed and final. We do not inflate costs during execution. Any additional scope requested after sign-off is quoted separately and approved by you in writing before it proceeds.

Yes. HomeOne supports flexible payment structures and can guide you on home renovation financing through partner banks. The standard schedule is 40% at agreement, 40% at mid-project and 20% on final handover.

HomeOne's 45-day move-in guarantee covers complete home interior projects, contractually backed with compensation written into the agreement if delivery is delayed. Most projects complete in 35 to 45 working days.

Yes. Every HomeOne project includes a detailed 3D rendered design presentation. You review and approve the full design before any production or site work begins. Changes at this stage are incorporated at no extra cost.

Minor finish or material changes can be made during early execution. Major structural changes after production starts may involve added cost and timeline adjustments, which are quoted and approved by you before proceeding.

The flat 10-year warranty covers every material, installation and finish completed by HomeOne including all woodwork, modular kitchen carcasses and shutters, false ceiling frameworks and upholstery. There is no fine print and no exclusions.

The warranty covers all workmanship and materials installed by HomeOne. Damage from third-party interference, flooding, structural defects outside our scope or deliberate misuse is not covered. Normal wear on soft furnishings like curtains is also excluded.

Post-installation service is a dedicated after-care program built into every HomeOne contract at no extra cost. After handover, a service team stays on call for snags, alignment adjustments or touch-ups with a typical response time of 24 to 48 hours.
