By accessing homeone.in or engaging our interior design services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept them, you may not use our services or website.

These terms apply to all consultations, project agreements, and communications between HomeOne Interiors and any client.

HomeOne Interiors is a Chennai-based interior design studio founded in June 2022, specialising in residential interiors, modular kitchens, false ceiling design, and complete home renovations.

Our studios operate from T. Nagar, Adyar (flagship), and Tambaram, serving clients across Chennai and surrounding areas.

All projects begin with a free consultation and a 3D design preview. Work commences only after a written project agreement is signed, covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule.

• Fixed itemised quotation with no hidden costs
• 45-day delivery guarantee contractually backed
• Scope changes require written approval and may affect timelines
• 3D preview provided before any material procurement

Payments are structured in milestones as detailed in your signed project agreement. No lump-sum upfront payment is required.

• Booking fee at project confirmation
• Design approval payment after 3D sign-off
• Execution payment at site commencement
• Balance payment on project handover

Every HomeOne Interiors project carries a flat 10-year warranty covering all materials, installation workmanship, and finishes. There are no hidden exclusions or fine print conditions.

A dedicated post-installation service team is included in every project contract. On-call support is available for concerns arising after project handover.

All 3D designs, layout concepts, material specifications, and documentation created by HomeOne Interiors remain our intellectual property until final payment is received in full.

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the delivered designs for their own residential or commercial project only. Resale, redistribution, or replication is not permitted.

A smooth project delivery depends on timely client actions. By agreeing to these terms, you commit to:

• Providing accurate property dimensions and access details before work begins
• Approving designs and material selections within agreed timelines
• Ensuring unhindered site access during execution hours
• Making milestone payments on the agreed schedule
• Communicating any scope changes in writing before procurement begins

HomeOne Interiors is not liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure events, third-party supplier disruptions, or client-caused delays such as late approvals or restricted site access.

Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question at the time of the dispute.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
